	<p><li><strong>Smile and Look People in the Eye</strong>.&#160; When you smile and make eye contact, it shows<span id="more-527"></span>&#160;that you are at ease.&#160; This relaxed attitude is communicated&#8212;non-verbally&#8212;to the person with whom you are interacting.&#160; It is a positive communication, one to which others respond positively in return.</li><br />
<li><strong>Give Genuine Compliments</strong>.&#160; Complimenting others contributes to a friendly setting and sets up positive interaction.&#160; It shows that you feel good enough about yourself to extend yourself positively to others.&#160; And, while you are at it, give yourself compliments and acknowledgement, too.&#160; Talking positive to yourself about yourself is a powerful way of allowing yourself to feel <span class="caps">GOOD</span> about you!</li><br />
<li><strong>Have Goals and Work to Achieve Them</strong>.&#160; When your life has direction, you know where you are going.&#160; You&#8217;ll be consistently working toward accomplishing your aspirations.&#160; Because you have goals, you&#8217;ll see the progress you are making and you&#8217;ll feel certain of your ultimate success!&#160; This certainty will be conveyed in your attitude.&#160; Also, be sure to give yourself frequent compliments on the steps you are taking as you progress to accomplish your goals.</li><br />
