If you are like most of us, you <a title=\"Mindful Awareness for Health &amp; Wellness by The Life Coach Dr., Marlene Shiple, Ph.D.\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/index.php?s=mindfulness\" target=\"_blank\">remain attuned<\/a> to the workings of your day &#8230; then, respond &#8212; hopefully, in a beneficial way &#8212; to each event that occurs!<br \/>\n<a href=\" \"><br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\" http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/mentalhealth-online.com\/mentalhealth\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/5431b85d3e38e-IrelandRainbow.jpg\" alt=\"It's YOUR Life -- YOU Write the Script!\" width=\"355\" height=\"501\" \/><\/a>The truth is that you do NOT know what will occur around you &#8230; at any given moment of the day or night.\u00c2\u00a0 What you CAN know &#8212; and the script that you are able, and responsible, to write is how you elect to respond to the events that occur.<\/p>\n<p>For example, when you leave your home, you do not know whether the first traffic signal you will reach will be red or green.\u00c2\u00a0 Even something that basic is an unknown!<\/p>\n<p>So, why aren&#8217;t you FILLED with apprehension and uncertainty as you begin the day?\u00c2\u00a0 You aren&#8217;t apprehensive because you have an approach- strategy.\u00c2\u00a0 You <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">know<\/span> how you will respond when you get to that first traffic light.\u00c2\u00a0 Namely, if the traffic light is red in your direction, you will stop and wait until it turns green.\u00c2\u00a0 If the traffic light is green in your direction, you will proceed cautiously through the intersection.<\/p>\n<p>Armed with your strategy, you can easily handle any possible traffic-light eventuality that arises.\u00c2\u00a0 There is no dilemma, just a clear <a title=\"The Life Coach Dr. Marlene Shiple for Action-Oriented Life Coaching!\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/the-life-coach-dr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Plan of Action<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>So, too, with other, not-so-<!--more-->concrete occurrences.<\/p>\n<p>It is up to you to determine how you <em><strong>choose<\/strong><\/em> to think about the events that occur.\u00c2\u00a0 And, by how you think about an event, you directly affect how you<strong> feel<\/strong> regarding that event &#8230; and, ultimately, how you <strong>act<\/strong> in response to that event.\u00c2\u00a0 These are the choices that you are given each and every day.\u00c2\u00a0 The compilation of all of the choices that you make comprises your script for that particular day.<\/p>\n<p>As with any other choices in your life, your day&#8217;s choices have outcomes or consequences.\u00c2\u00a0 Do you want to create Health &amp; Wellness?\u00c2\u00a0 Are you looking for Happiness and Joy?\u00c2\u00a0 Would you like to enjoy Peace and Calm?\u00c2\u00a0 Or, do you want to experience a day that is exciting, unique, invigorating, and FUN?<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the outcomes that you want, you can create guiding beacons on your behavior.\u00c2\u00a0 For example, let&#8217;s say you decided on greater Health and Wellness for your day.\u00c2\u00a0 You can write a script that leads you to experience greater Health and Wellness.\u00c2\u00a0 To do so, you might choose to include that you <a title=\"The Life Coach Dr., Marlene Shiple, for Inner Peace &amp; Total Health!\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/meditation.htm\" target=\"_blank\">meditate<\/a> in the morning, breathe deeply and slowly throughout each task of your day, and get plenty of exercise and good, healthy food.<\/p>\n<p>What outcomes do YOU choose?\u00c2\u00a0 Remember &#8212; It&#8217;s YOUR Life &#8230; YOU write the script!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you leave home each day, do you KNOW what will occur as the day progresses?
