But along the way you might lose your inspiration to continue. The best way to get through it is to find inspiring ways to motivate yourself.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"cu-mid alignleft\" style=\"height: 226px; width: 320px;\" src=\"https:\/\/mentalhealth-online.com\/mentalhealth\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/550f8e4f78509981e795169e720fe_640.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>In our last post, we discussed inspirational ideas to create motivation for enduring perseverance to attain your goals.\u00c2\u00a0 In this post, we will examine 5 additional ideas &#8212; that gives you a total of 10! &#8212; to provide inspiration to achieve your goals:<\/p>\n<p>6. Do something fun that falls in line with your goal. If you are writing a novel, then take time to write a short story for a break or visit the place your book is set in.<\/p>\n<p>7. Take a class or follow a tutorial on something new that pertains to your goal.<\/p>\n<p>8. Create an inspiration board or notebook. You can use Pinterest for this or good old-fashioned paper and images. Find images online or in magazines of what you want your success to look like. If you are trying to <a title=\"Dr. Marlene Shiple, The Life Coach Dr., for Weight Management\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/coaching-products\/weight\" target=\"_blank\">lose weight<\/a>, find images of healthy foods, exercises you want to try, new sports you want to learn, the clothes you will wear.<\/p>\n<p>9. Fantasize about <!--more-->what your life will be like in a month or a year when you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve achieved your goal. What does it look like? How do you feel? What are you wearing? Who are you associating with? Get detailed in your imagination.<\/p>\n<p>10. Surround yourself with motivated positive people to be inspired by what they are doing. You are the sum of the five people you spend ninety-percent of your time with.
