Build on Your Strengths<br \/>\nStudies show that using your core strengths cause you to view your future more favorably. If you have an aptitude with numbers, you could apply it to tutoring young people in math!<\/p>\n<p>2. Create a Distraction<br \/>\nIf you find yourself dwelling <!--more-->on negative ideas, switch your attention to something more entertaining. For example, sing peppy tunes, or remember a happy time you spent with someone you love.<\/p>\n<p>3. Exercise Daily<br \/>\nPhysical activity is good for your mind, as well as your body.
