Befriend an Optimist<br \/>\nHope is contagious. An idealistic friend sets a good example and encourages harmony.\u00c2\u00a0 Being around an optimist can be &#8220;catching&#8221;.\u00c2\u00a0 A friend&#8217;s optimism can be easy to model, especially when it is actively being demonstrated in a variety of situations on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>2. Plan Ahead<br \/>\nFeeling in control helps to boost optimism.\u00c2\u00a0 Clarifying your <a href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/coaching-products\/goals\/\" target=\"_blank\">strategies and goals <\/a>can make it easier to anticipate obstacles. This is a powerful step toward perseverance!
