Our lives are so filled with work, family, and appointments that we often can&#8217;t seem to fit in everything we need to accomplish in a 24-hour day.<\/p>\n<p>But what if we could accomplish <em>more<\/em> in <em>less<\/em> time? If this were actually possible, it would allow us <em>more<\/em> time with those we care about and <em>more<\/em> time to focus on ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>The good news is: there are simple strategies you can use to make the most of your days!<\/p>\n<p><strong>These strategies can enable you to get more done in less time:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Make a list. <\/strong>Write out everything that you need to <a href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/coaching-products\/goals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">accomplish<\/a>, and then<strong><em> joyfully cross off each task as you complete it. <\/em><\/strong>As you see your list dwindling, it&#8217;ll provide the needed motivation to get the rest of the list done, too.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Put your list on the refrigerator, in your daily planner, or on the computer. Keep it somewhere handy so you can look at it often and stay focused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Prioritize effectively. <\/strong>Determine which tasks are most important and what can possibly wait until later on in the day, week, or month. If this is something you&#8217;re having trouble with, you may be trying to squeeze in tasks that can actually be put on hold for a future time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Note the deadlines for your tasks.<\/em><\/strong> If your in-laws are coming to visit, then cleaning the guest bathroom takes priority over re-organizing the basement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use these strategies over and over to manage your time more effectively &#8230; and become excellent with both successful time management AND successful stress management!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Managing Time is an important element in Stress Management.\u00c2\u00a0 Feeling pressured by not having enough time adds additional stress to your life.
