You&#8217;ve already established that everything else is &#8220;noise.&#8221; Now, take a moment to rank the to-do list in terms of importance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Always do first things first.<\/em> The things that are most important need to be at the top of the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;ll find that this approach helps you to calmly focus on one thing at a time. Knowing that you&#8217;ve made time for each item is important. It allows you to relax while doing each one instead of feeling anxious about something getting left behind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Try to complete each item before moving to the other. Choosing to abandon this strategy can easily result in the chaos<strong><em> returning!<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Ask for help.<\/strong> This is perhaps the easiest way to turn chaos into calming <i>balance<\/i>. Sure, you want to do it all yourself. But maybe that&#8217;s an unrealistic desire. Look around. Just explain to them what you want accomplished. They&#8217;ll likely be able to help you get the job done.<\/li>\n<li>When you ask for help, you&#8217;ll automatically start to relax. And that&#8217;s because you know stuff is getting done in an acceptable manner. Taking this approach gives you enough time to focus more fully on other things.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>You can make it through your busy life without feeling burned out.<\/em><\/strong> It&#8217;s simple if you repeatedly apply these steps for reducing chaos.
