If you haven\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t tried it yet, I seriously encourage you to give it a try. It can be very helpful. A journal or diary is always available to you.\u00c2\u00a0 It is ready to listen as you pour out your thoughts and feelings on the page.<\/p>\n<p>Your journal can be fancy.\u00c2\u00a0 At the same time, it doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have to be fancy. Chances are you already have everything you need.<\/p>\n<p>You can use a notebook.\u00c2\u00a0 Or, you might already have an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/1979504849\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">attractive journal<\/a> &#8212; perhaps, one you bought years ago and never cracked the cover &#8230; or, got past making the first entry.<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer, you might choose to keep a digital diary. To do so, just open a word document on your computer and start writing entries.\u00c2\u00a0 You could also keep a voice- or video-recording on your phone. It doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t matter how you journal your forgiveness journey as long as <!--more-->you find a way that works for you.<\/p>\n<p>Most importantly &#8212; choose a form that is easy for you to do. If it takes too much effort and time, you probably won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t do it. Keep it simple and choose the format you think will best suit you.<\/p>\n<p>If a few days in you find that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not working as well as you thought, change it up. There\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no reason you can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t make a practice of using a written <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/1979504849\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Forgiveness journal<\/a> &#8212; like <em>My Forgiveness Journal:\u00c2\u00a0 The Art of Journaling for Healing<\/em> &#8212; to record your thoughts.\u00c2\u00a0 It can be a powerful adjunct to a video diary, and vice versa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Keeping a Forgiveness journal as a helpful tool while on your Forgiveness journey.
