Many thoughts occur at a non-conscious level, so &#8212; unless you pay close attention to your mind &#8212; you may not be aware of the type of energy your thoughts create.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Law of Attraction, if you want something enough and you <a title=\"The Life Coach Dr. for Law of Attraction Success!\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\" target=\"_blank\">truly believe it&#8217;s possible<\/a> for you to have it, you can draw it to yourself.\u00c2\u00a0 Your thoughts are things &#8230; with the energy of Attraction attached to them!<\/p>\n<p>However, the same is true for negative thoughts.<\/p>\n<p>If you spend a lot of time thinking about things you don&#8217;t want or things you fear &#8212; and you believe it&#8217;s possible for you to experience them &#8212; it&#8217;s just as likely they&#8217;ll come your way. You can&#8217;t avoid unpleasant things by hoping they don&#8217;t happen.\u00c2\u00a0 You also cannot avoid unpleasant things by fearing that they will happen!<\/p>\n<p>Your subconscious is literal.\u00c2\u00a0 Your subconscious mind responds to negative energy in the same way as it does to positive energy. It doesn&#8217;t know <!--more-->the difference. Your subconscious mind doesn&#8217;t understand &#8220;I don&#8217;t want&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>So, if you have been telling yourself, &#8220;I don&#8217;t want to be depressed&#8221;, be careful.\u00c2\u00a0 Since your subconscious mind does not understand, &#8220;I don&#8217;t want&#8221;, what your subconscious mind hears from the statement, &#8220;I don&#8217;t want to be depressed&#8221; is &#8220;Be depressed&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p>Since this is NOT the outcome you want to experience, you don&#8217;t have to settle for that outcome!\u00c2\u00a0 Instead, you can act more proactively.\u00c2\u00a0 You can use the <a title=\"The Hypnosis Dr. for Law of Attraction Success!\" href=\"http:\/\/thehypnosisdr.com\" target=\"_blank\">power of your subconscious mind<\/a> <strong>to your benefit<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 You could just as easily be telling yourself, &#8220;I focus on thinking only positive thoughts!&#8221;\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Then &#8212; by focusing on those positive thoughts &#8212; you create feelings of hopefulness and cheer!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Because our thought processes are constantly working, the Law of Attraction is constantly working as well.
