Mistakes occur when you judge your past behavior &#8230; and see it as a mistake. So, you might ask, &#8220;How else could I look at my past counterproductive behavior?&#8221;\u00c2\u00a0 You could view your past actions as part of your life-learning.<\/p>\n<p>Stop going through &#8212; or thinking about &#8212; your mistakes. It doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t do you any good. Rather, learn from your past mistakes and, once you have done so, move on. What you can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t change about your past mistakes, you can learn to avoid in the present and near-future.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, d<span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">o away with the <a title=\"The Life Coach Dr., Dr. Marlene Shiple, to eliminate negative!\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/negative-thought\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">negative criticism<\/a> &#8212; negative criticisms are destructive.\u00c2\u00a0 Instead of using negative criticism, focus on positive affirmations.
