{"id":707,"date":"2013-07-03T18:46:34","date_gmt":"2013-07-03T23:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mentalhealth-online.com\/mentalhealth\/?p=707"},"modified":"2013-07-21T18:53:48","modified_gmt":"2013-07-21T23:53:48","slug":"release-worry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mentalhealth-online.com\/mentalhealth\/release-worry\/","title":{"rendered":"Worry:  Release Worry &#8230; Embrace Nature to Release Worry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i>Worry<\/i> is an emotion which creates <a title=\"The Life Coach Dr., Dr. Marlene Shiple, to eliminate worry\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">emotional distress<\/a>, feelings of helplessness, and the mood of apprehension.\u00c2\u00a0 Worry creates damaging stress &#8212; <a title=\"Worry:  Release Worry - Embrace Joy!\" href=\"https:\/\/mentalhealth-online.com\/mentalhealth\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/depressed2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-668\" style=\"margin: 10px;\" title=\"Worry - Release Worry &amp; Embrace Nature!\" alt=\"Worry - Release Worry &amp; Embrace Nature!\" src=\"https:\/\/mentalhealth-online.com\/mentalhealth\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/depressed2-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>and, as we have spoken of so many times:\u00c2\u00a0 Stress kills!<\/p>\n<p>Worry occurs when you focus on outcomes that you don&#8217;t want to experience.\u00c2\u00a0 Does that seem counterproductive?<\/p>\n<p>It is.<\/p>\n<p>Your <a title=\"The Life Coach Dr. for positive outcomes to release worry!\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/positive-thought\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">subconscious mind<\/a> creates that which you are thinking.\u00c2\u00a0 Hence, when you focus on outcomes that you do NOT want to experience, you direct all of the mental power of your subconscious mind on the very things you do NOT want.<\/p>\n<p>There is Good News!:\u00c2\u00a0 You do NOT have to do this.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s right:\u00c2\u00a0 You do NOT have to do this!\u00c2\u00a0 Rather, you can focus your thoughts and ideas on the very outcomes that you desire to have be a part of your life.<\/p>\n<p>How do you do this? you might ask.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You can recognize that you can direct your mind on POSITIVE outcomes &#8212; no matter what the situation might be.\u00c2\u00a0 It is<strong> your<\/strong> mind.\u00c2\u00a0 You are the person to <a title=\"The Life Coach Dr. for positive outcomes to release worry!\" href=\"http:\/\/thelifecoachdr.com\/coach\/positive-thought\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">direct your mind<\/a> to exactly the outcomes that you desire to enjoy.\u00c2\u00a0 For example, you might tell yourself the following idea, &#8220;I look at the sky and breathe deeply.\u00c2\u00a0 I feel confident of a positive outcome to this situation!&#8221; and, then, take several slow, deep breaths &#8230; allowing your confidence to grow stronger as you gaze at the sky and breathe deeply and slowly!<\/p>\n<p>As you do this, what do you notice occurring within you?\u00c2\u00a0 How do you feel?\u00c2\u00a0 This is an example of<strong> YOU<\/strong> creating a more-positive outcome in your life!<\/p>\n<p>I invite you to comment and SHARE these ideas?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Worry is an emotion which creates emotional distress, feelings of helplessness, and the mood of apprehension.\u00c2\u00a0 Worry creates damaging stress &#8212; and, as we have spoken of so many times:\u00c2\u00a0 Stress kills!
