The year’s at the spring

\nThe snail’s on the thorn;
\nGod’s in His heaven –

I love the way this poem encapsulates the pure joy and life-enhancing vibrancy of Springtime!<\/p>\n

During this marvelous season, I urge you to get outside and enjoy the sunshine (after you apply ample sunscreen, of course!) as often as you can.\u00c2\u00a0 The Vitamin D in sunshine is a necessary<\/em> body nutrient for
\n* Strong bones
\n* T-cell function
\n* Eye health<\/p>\n

In addition to boosting your body’s level of Vitamin D, the sun has amazingly beneficial effects on enhancing mood<\/a><\/strong> and emotional well-being<\/strong><\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 So, if you are looking forward to brighten your outlook on life — and reduce the effects of unrelieved pressure and stress<\/a><\/strong> — opt for a long, leisurely walk in the sunshine.<\/p>\n
