“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow” — Albert Einstein.
Yes, Albert Einstein — that same incredible person who discovered that energy is part of all mass. Einstein is the same person who defined the formula:  e = mc(squared). In other words, there is energy in all matter that surrounds us, in all matter that is within us.
In addition, the energy that is present in all mass is an extremely mammoth force. According to Einstein’s formula, energy is equal to mass times the square of the constant for the speed of light. Suffice it to say that the constant for the speed of light is Read more

To enhance the effectiveness of any and all communication, take your time. That’s right: By taking your time, you can more accurately determine the message that you want to deliver. By getting clear in your own mind what you want to say, you can select the words — and the manner of delivering those words — that are most apt to get your message across clearly and accurately.
Language is full of words that have different meanings to each party in the communication. Since words are the vehicle which you use to deliver your message, it is important to select the words that most accurately convey the meaning you desire.
As the speaker, you can enhance the effectiveness of your communication by delivering a clear message and using the words that can deliver it most effectively. Taking a few minutes to make sure about your delivery can make the difference to getting your message communicated to your listener.
I encourage you to use these ideas over and over to add to the effectiveness of your communication. For additional practical ideas and Resources, visit our website at http://www.thelifecoachdr.com/coach

‘There are many times in our lives when stress creeps in and causes great angst. Life is busy and work, kids, school and responsibilities can seem overwhelming at times. Do you feel stress getting you down? Here are some tips to help deal with stress and its after-effects.Â
Stress has become a major cause of anxiety. If not dealt with, it can have an incapacitating effect on your life. Often, people with hard-driving, A-type personalities can be prime candidates for stress-induced symptoms. The perfectionism they tend to seek in what they do never quite measures up to their expectations. In the News: The Science of STRESS

March 28, 2008 — Dermatologists report that stress can cause many skin-related problems. These include hair falling out, acne break outs, etc. Once these stress effects manifest, their appearance can cause even more anxiety.
How does stress affect the skin? Dermatologists have found that, when you’re stressed out, your body releases a hormone called cortisol. Increased cortisol levels, in turn, increases oil production, which can cause acne eruptions … even if you have never had acne before!
What can you do to counter these effects?
To counter these effects, it is important that you reduce the amount of stress in your life. Some practical ways to do so include:
1)Â Get a good night’s sleep;
2)Â Pay attention to breathing deeply and slowly;
3)Â Get regular exercise

Stress Reduction … NOW!
Filed Under Emotional Healing, Mental Healing, Physical Healing, Spiritual Healing
Have you been feeling frustrated and anxious about the state of the economy? Are you assaulted with bad news every place you look? Do you want to get away from it all?
Well, now you can! That’s right …
You can start right now — this very minute — to relieve the stress you might be experiencing. The fastest way to do so is no further away than your breathing. You can begin to take charge of your stress level by purposely directing your breathing. Just begin to take gradually slower and deeper breaths. That’s right — do this right now.
What do you feel?
Then, as you allow your breathing to become deeper and slower, imagine that your body begins to relax. Now, allow it to relax even more. Continue to do this until you have increased your level of relaxation and your stress level has strongly diminished.
