How to Breathe for Stress Relief!

One of the most-effective stress-reduction mechanisms is yours … right here, right now. It doesn’t cost money to use it. It doesn’t take additional time or energy.
For stress-freeing results, it does, however, require that you use it! That’s right, to reap the benefits of stress reduction, this method requires that you use awareness … and make a conscious choice to have your life be more stress-free
The decision is up to you. And now is the moment — right now — for you to consciously choose to free your life from the influence of stressors. Making this decision will pave the way for you to take the following steps for yourself … steps that help you accomplish your own relief from stress! Now, I caution you — don’t be surprised by the fact that these steps appear to be so simple. Simple still requires that you USE the following steps in order to enjoy their healing, powerful results!
Before we start, would you notice how you are feeling right now. Good. Now that you’ve done that, please take the
Steps to Stress Relief:
- Take a moment and be still.
- Exhale deeply to a slow count of 4:Â 1 – 2 – 3 – 4.
- Pause a brief second.
- Inhale deeply to a slow count of 4:Â 1 – 2 – 3 – 4.
- Pause a brief second.
- Repeats steps 2 thru 5 for 15 slow, deep cycles.
Now, notice how you are feeling after those 15 deep, slow breaths. What do you feel? How does it compare to how you felt before you started to take these steps?
