Spiritual Healing occurs when one has harmony and balance in the energy-self. In the hussle and bussle that is rampant in today’s society, such balance of energy can be difficult to create and maintain.
Energy is abundant in life! There is energy in thought forms. There is energy in intention. There is energy in emotions. There is energy in sexual expression.
Energy can get drained away from a variety of sources. Energy can be drained through negative thought(s). Energy can be drained through resentment. Energy can be drained through guilt and shame. Energy can be drained by overdoing for others, while ignoring oneself.
There is one simple, quick, easily-accessed way to build energy in your being. The way to do so is through the conscientious use of deep, slow breathing. The oxygen inhaled through the act of breathing has been described as “the breath of life”. It is that essential to our health and well-being.
So, as frequently as possible, take breathing breaks — take 15 slow, deep breaths as you focus on relaxing your whole body and mind. As you take your breathing break, allow the energy that you enhale FILL UP your whole being.
