Stress is all around—Congestion!  Inversions!  Emergencies—alarm! Illness!  Arguments — Tension!  stress Disagreements!  Pressure all around!

Research has repeatedly shown that unrelenting, unabated Stress kills. In addition, Stress creates disturbance in emotional health and mental health.  However, you can do a LOT to management the damaging effects of stress … and, by doing so, prevent Stress from managing YOU.  Here are two (2) more solid suggestions to help you keep stress from managing your life.

1. Animal Therapy:  Pets are terrific ways to aid you quickly to minimize your stress. Researches have shown that investing only a few minutes petting a friendly animal will significantly reduce your tension and stress.

2. Avoid Overuse of Alcohol & Other Drugs:  Many people depend on drugs and alcoholic beverages to help them when they are feeling stressed. These methods offer only temporary relief for those that use them. Of course, drugs and alcohol will not do anything to help the way you really feel. The momentary stress relief they offer is heavily outweighed by the long-term, stress-inducing complications they add to your life.

Drinking liquor is a really bad way to cure a stress-filled day. While light social drinking is fine, making use of beer as a solution to tension on a daily basis is a counterproductive idea. It can actually create even more stress, and in some extreme instances, drug addiction.

By using these stress-relieving tips over and over, you can effectively reduce the damage that out-of-control Stress brings.  Remember:  It is YOUR Life, You write the Script!  Let’s make it the goal to write a Stress-free Script!
