The focus of this Blog is on Healing our Whole Being through POSITIVE thought and ideas. Since the subconscious mind creates that which we are thinking, in a very concrete and powerful way, we CREATE our lives! And we do that through the thoughts we think.
This makes the direction and nature of our thoughts INCREDIBLY important!
So, I invite you to spend a couple of minutes to think about the MOST positive thought you could have. Go ahead—I guarantee that it will be well worth your time and energy!

What thought did you create?
OK —now allow yourself to focus on that thought becoming a reality in your life! Imagine that it is a part of your life—that you are enjoying experiencing it—right now!
As you do this, imagine that you feel a sense of joy and delight. How does this feel to you?
That’s it—we’ve almost completed. Now, imagine that you release the thought into being … Imagine that you toss it out into the Universe and let it become real!!
That’s it … you just added a positive experience to your life!
You can do this whenever and as often as you like. That is the amazing creative—Healing—power of your subconscious mind: It is always there—like a very obedient servant, ready to do your bidding. So, exercise care in how the nature of bidding that you evoke … your subconscious mind will take it as your wish … and create it in your life!

It is my hope that you are continuing to use the concept of positive focus to build more happiness and satisfaction in your life! In just a few moments a day spent this way, you can transform your feelings, your mood, your experience … through the process of using positive thought(s)!
To intensify this outcome even more, make an effort to PAY ATTENTION to the thoughts that you have been holding in your mind. Many of these thoughts may seem to pop in — unbidden! Can you catch this when it happens? This occurs as a result of past habit and conditioning.
It is OK if you begin to notice counterproductive thoughts popping into your mind. If a negative thought comes in for a second and you get it right out, it has not had time to create much damage. This can easily be countered by –purposefully — putting positive thoughts into your mind!
The problem with negative thinking occurs when you dwell on the negative thought. Entertaining negative ideas — pondering them repeatedly and incessantly — gives time for significant damage to occur. This need not be!
When you USE your mind to focus on positive thoughts, you are taking charge of this vital resource, your mind. You are seizing the reins and directing your mind to create in that positive direction.
I encourage you to try this out right now — to experiment with it — and see the results for yourself!
