The concept of healing is one that involves all of the aspects of our being.  These aspects include physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  Each of us has Healing the Whole Being: Whole Being Healingphysical dimensions to our being.  Each of us has mental aspects to our  being.  Each has emotional aspects.  Each one of us is a spiritual — energy — being. This has been proven through observation, psychology and physical science.

Any one — or all — of these aspects can become out of balance and/or out of natural harmony.  It is to address this unbalance and disharmony that healing enters the picture.

Healing comes in many different forms, methods and techniques.  There are many different approaches to healing!

The means to accomplish each of these healing aspects that return you to equilibrium are many and varied.  I’ll be talking about a number of these in future blog posts.

One of these healing approaches involves specific steps for directing Universal Energy by a practitioner to a recipient.  This healing technique is known as Reiki.  You can read more about Reiki in the post, https://mentalhealth-online.com/mentalhealth/reiki-healing.

There is one prerequisite — one essential key factor — for healing.  This necessary factor is that the person who is undertaking the process is highly motivated for the outcome:  in other words, it is vitally important that the person seeking to be healed WANTS to work to create this outcome!  That intention on the part of the receiver sets the stage for successful healing to occur.
