Worry: Release Worry … Embrace Nature to Release Worry

Worry is an emotion which creates emotional distress, feelings of helplessness, and the mood of apprehension. Worry creates damaging stress — and, as we have spoken of so many times: Stress kills!
Worry occurs when you focus on outcomes that you don’t want to experience. Does that seem counterproductive?
It is.
Your subconscious mind creates that which you are thinking. Hence, when you focus on outcomes that you do NOT want to experience, you direct all of the mental power of your subconscious mind on the very things you do NOT want.
There is Good News!:Â You do NOT have to do this.
That’s right: You do NOT have to do this! Rather, you can focus your thoughts and ideas on the very outcomes that you desire to have be a part of your life.
How do you do this? you might ask.
You can recognize that you can direct your mind on POSITIVE outcomes — no matter what the situation might be. It is your mind. You are the person to direct your mind to exactly the outcomes that you desire to enjoy. For example, you might tell yourself the following idea, “I look at the sky and breathe deeply. I feel confident of a positive outcome to this situation!” and, then, take several slow, deep breaths … allowing your confidence to grow stronger as you gaze at the sky and breathe deeply and slowly!
As you do this, what do you notice occurring within you? How do you feel? This is an example of YOU creating a more-positive outcome in your life!
